What to have ready when you call
- Make, model and year of the vehicle (the rego helps too).
- Where the damage is and roughly how big it is — a photo is best.
- Whether the windscreen has a camera, rain sensor or heated glass.
- The address where the vehicle will be, and any access details.
- Your insurer and claim number if you're claiming.
Where we can work
Driveways, carports, office car parks, depots, workshops and worksites all work. We need enough room to open the doors and stand around the vehicle. In wet weather a carport or undercover space is ideal, as adhesive and repairs need dry glass.

The van arrives fully equipped. Old glass out, new glass bonded in, trims refitted and the cabin cleaned.

Frequently asked questions
Do you really come to me?
Yes. Every job is mobile. We work at homes, workplaces, depots, car parks and worksites across South East Queensland, so you don't need to drive a damaged vehicle anywhere.
How soon can I drive after a windscreen replacement?
The urethane adhesive needs time to cure before the vehicle is safe to drive. Cure time depends on the product and the weather, and we'll tell you the safe drive-away time on the day.
What if it rains on the day?
We need dry glass to work. If you have a carport or garage, we can usually still go ahead. Otherwise we'll reschedule to the next suitable time.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm and Saturday 10:00am – 3:00pm. We're closed on Sundays. Call 0498 700 798 during business hours.
